Jason came out for a second opinion that I needed after another company diagnosed the problem. After speaking with Jason and him pointing out any issues or concerns, he showed me what the exact problem was and it was a minor repair that the other company wanted to charge me over $2000 for. We had just moved into our new house that day when the A/C condensate drain pipe plugged up. Called Absolute. A tech called us back and walked me through a procedure to clear the drain pipe. Very simple and easy and saved $$. Had Absolute perform maintenance the following week and that tech thoroughly explained everything going on with both systems. Very, very professional people and very happy with them. We have found out HVAC contractors!!!!
